Welcome! Collier County owns and operates an extensive stormwater management system within the unincorporated areas of the county. The system is designed to mitigate flooding, protect individual and personal property, manage water quality of receiving waters, and comply with regulatory requirements. Collier County has established a Stormwater Utility to provide an equitable and dedicated funding source for the management of the stormwater system.
The Board of County Commissioners of Collier County will hold a public hearing at 5:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the item can be heard, on September 6, 2018, in the Board of County Commissioners Chambers, Third Floor, Collier County Government Center, 3299 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, Florida 34112. Comments will be received on the proposed Stormwater Utility Fees, including their collection on the ad valorem tax bill, and Stormwater Utility Fees.
